Conveniently located adjacent to the Middlefield VTA light rail station and the future Google Middlefield Park Development, this market-rate multi-family housing project is key to reimagining the former suburban office park as a walkable, mid-density community. A part of the East Whisman Precise Plan, this building maximizes its footprint and density, providing 366 residential units over 7 stories, while prioritizing private and shared open spaces.
